We are an At-Home provider for the treatment of Substance Use Disorder (SUD = Alcoholism and Drug Addiction) and Co-Occurring Mental Health Condition(s). As an agnostic organization, we use modern and classical therapeutic approaches.
We are known for our highly discreet, non-judgmental, individualized recovery services. From a Physician Supervised At-Home Detox with a licensed Nurse residing at a patient’s residence 24/7 to our Intensive Tele Counseling-Medicine services, we’re here for our patients on the journey to attaining sobriety and maintaining recovery. We offer a full continuum of care that can be 3 to 6x longer than typical treatment—all from home.
We are here to treat you or your loved one suffering from addiction in the comfort and reality of the patient’s home. We are strong advocates of the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Model, which has inspired us to create an at-home approach to treating addiction. As patients enter sobriety, in addition to Intensive Counseling, our Case Managers assist with scheduling typically long overdue visits to their providers, from PCPs to Dentists.
Combined, our medical and clinical professionals have over 100 years of experience treating the Disease of Addiction.
In Tennessee, North Carolina, and Georgia, we are licensed to medically detox patients off of alcohol, benzodiazepines, synthetic opiates, opiates, cocaine, Adderall, Ambien, methamphetamines, and poly-substances. We are professionally associated with several medical entities in all three states.
Our Philosophy & Resources
We think institutionalization and decades-old treatment and programming have proven ineffective. Relapse rates from SUD treatment institutions are now at 70%+ within 180 days post-discharge from a traditional treatment operation’s care. Nearly all of our medical, clinical, and administrative staff have decades of experience in traditional SUD treatment facilities, and we have become disheartened by the lives further damaged or ended by repeated relapse.
AWRS has several goals, but two are primary: Privacy and Efficacy.
Our At-Home Detox and Recovery Services program won’t keep you away from your daily life for weeks/months at a time, and our staff operates discreetly. We care about our patients’ long-term outcomes and this is why we offer a full continuum of care, from Medically Supervised At-Home Detox to our 3 month Intensive Tele Counseling-Medicine services, and even beyond with the option for continued counseling and Smart Electronic Monitoring through our proprietary App.

Telehealth Medicine
You will meet with your primary counselor 4x per week via HIPAA-compliant video conference for intensive counseling.
