Our Services

Phase I: At-Home Detox Service

Length of Service: 4 to 7 Days

  • Our primary focus is chemical dependency with Alcohol, as well as poly-substance abuse.
  • Under the supervision of an Addictionologist, our licensed nurse will stay in your residence 24/7 and consistently take vitals, dispense medications to control and alleviate withdrawal symptoms, and document the entire process for the medical supervisor to stay apprised.
  • As you stabilize, you will be introduced to a primary counselor who will walk you through the importance of a continuum of care and our Phase II process.
  • Although we do offer our Phase I Detox Services as a single service, we caution patients that because this service is so short-term in nature we have found the probability of relapse is high without moving through the continuum of care offered in our Phase II Intensive Counseling and Telemedicine program; this program begins immediately following Phase I.

Phase II: Intensive Counseling Service

Length of Service: 12 Weeks

  • You will meet with the same Master’s-level substance use disorder counselor licensed in your state of residence 4x per week via HIPAA-compliant video conference. Depending on our assessment of you, these sessions will last up to 12 weeks. During this time, you will be required to take a urinalysis multiple times.
  • Remember, staying sober involves accountability. We are a “judgement free” organization and we will work with you should a “lapse” occur at any point. We understand many patients do not respond to the classical 12-Step Program and will tailor a patient’s treatment program to what we believe to be most efficacious. Other modalities we may utilize include CBT and DBT. Additionally, we involve loved ones in addiction education and offer therapy both with and without the patient.
  • In addition to the patient’s frequent counseling sessions with his/her primary counselor, we will also provide tele-medicine calls with an MD licensed in your state of residence to ensure ongoing medication management.

Phase III: Continuum of Care

Length of Service: 9 Months

As a continuation of Phases I and II, Phase III should yield the most optimal probability for long-term sobriety.

  • Patient can schedule appointments with their primary counselor (4x per month) as well as our medical professionals for medication-management.

The Continuum of Care Phase will last the remainder of the 52 week program following Detox Phase and Intensive Telehealth Phase, or approximately 9 months.
