Greg T. Bolan Jr
Chairman, Chief Innovation Officer, Founder
Following an extensive career in Healthcare Equity Research, Greg purchased and successfully turned around a large logistics operation. After the sale of this business, he developed a passion for data analytics and ultimately worked in FP&A at a large SUD treatment operation.
After a constant battle with Alcoholism for nearly a decade and along the way completing many traditional SUD treatment programs, he eventually developed and built a unique program for at-home detox and recovery services, Another Way Recovery Services Inc. Greg also developed the CHARLIE App to enable AWRS to electronically monitor patients for the purpose of relapse prevention and/or lessen the impact of to a patient’s life should a relapse occur.
Greg honorably served in the US Army as an Infantryman and graduated with a BBA in Finance from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Lance Woods
Chief Executive Officer
Lance comes to AWRS as a seasoned executive in the behavioral and addiction space. With over 20 years of experience in addiction treatment and behavioral health spanning across the continuum of care, he has a strong history of performance in new market development, organization restructure, and operations.
Formerly, as Regional Director of Operations and as Vice President of Operations for two of the largest outpatient addiction treatment providers throughout the country, he has successfully overseen treatment for more than 10,000 patients across the country. As a clinician, he holds a Master’s degree in Community and College Counseling and is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina and Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Lance is excited to bring his passion and expertise to AWRS to help remedy the deficits in the traditional treatment care model and continue to transform addiction treatment. Outside of work, Lance enjoys endurance sports, martial arts, paddle boarding, and spending time with his family.
Kimberly Moody
VP, Nurse Care Manager
Kim is a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager with a proven track record of leading high-performing nursing teams. With over 27 years of nursing experience, Kim is an experienced Detox Nurse Manager with a passion for helping individuals struggling with addiction. Kim understands the unique challenges faced by clients undergoing detoxification and the critical role of nursing care in their recovery journey. Kim’s proven track record of success is rooted in a deep commitment to patient care, quality improvement, and fostering a positive work environment.
Kim’s career has spanned various roles, including Detox Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Educator, Quality and Performance Improvement Manager, and Director of Nursing.
As Nurse Manager, Kim is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the detox clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and fostering a supportive and compassionate environment for clients and our detox nurses. Kim is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices in substance abuse treatment and utilizing these approaches to improve patient outcomes. Kim comes directly to us from a Summit BHC facility.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Kim is a strong leader and mentor, inspiring and guiding the nursing team to provide exceptional care. Kim is also actively involved in professional development and advocacy, working to raise awareness about the importance of substance abuse treatment and promoting the role of nurses in this critical area

Jonathan Hall, MD, MS
Chief Medical Officer
Jonathan Hall, MD is a Family Medicine specialist who focuses on the best-evidenced treatments for common human conditions. His first experience in addiction medicine as a volunteer at a community health clinic in 2018 showed him his calling in medicine.
Dr Hall received his Medical Degree from LSU Medical School and Masters Degree in Genetics from Tulane University.
He’s thrilled to be a part of AWRS as our CMO, improving medical care in addiction by addressing the fragility of the “treatment bubble.” Outside of the clinic, find Dr. Hall on bike trails, tennis courts, archery ranges, or grilling with his wife and son.
John Rodney MD, F.A.S.A.M
Medical Director-Addictionologist
Dr. Rodney earned his medical degree at Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City and completed a family medicine residency and obstetrics fellowship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He is board certified in both family and addiction medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
The author of numerous papers and chapters, he has been practicing full-scope family and addiction medicine for more than 10 years. Of note, he honorably served in the United States Navy Reserve for 9 years and attained the rank of lieutenant commander. Finally, he currently serves as a clinical associate professor of family and addiction medicine at Meharry Medical College.

Primary Counselor
Marshall joins Another Way Recovery Services with over a decade of experience as a primary counselor in residential treatment, having served in Texas for 10 years and Tennessee for the past two years. He holds a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and has extensive training in multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, 12-Step Therapy, and Neurolinguistic Programming.
Before entering the field of counseling, Marshall served honorably in the United States Marine Corps for 12 years and spent 8 years as a Peace Officer in Texas, earning numerous awards and citations for his service.
Marshall is currently engaged and has two children, ages 21 and 29, who reside in Texas. In his free time, he enjoys playing drums, exploring his love for rock music, and spending time with loved ones.
