There are several ways to build self-esteem and self-worth.

Some suggestions include:

  • Taking care of yourself
  • Adjusting your thoughts and beliefs to be kind and encouraging to yourself
  • Recognizing situations that affect your self-esteem and becoming aware of your thoughts and beliefs about them
  • Recognizing what you’re good at and giving yourself a challenge
  • Building positive relationships and being assertive
  • Writing out a list of things you admire about yourself and stepping outside your comfort zone
